Pan de Pan..... shouldn't it be Pain de Pain? Japanese word for bread is "pan" pronounced "pahn", came from the french word "pain" meaning bread.
Anyway this bread shop sells good bread and such. A friend who went there before was lamenting how she hoped there was a chain store that sells these in Sapporo. Sadly this shop is one of a kind here in Hokkaido.
